Shadow Hunters

In some office building in Seattle, a covert UCAS agency is dedicated to the disposal of
Shadowrunners. It's hope is to impede corporation's power over society. They have the funds,
manpower, and euipment to deal with any runners, and the authority to do anything.

This could either be a short adventure in which the runners try to expose the government
agency or have these as NPCs who are constantly interupting runs.

Shadow Hunter Personnel

Mark Hampton, Shadow Hunter Executive
DESCRIPTION: (Human Hunter)
The leader of the covert group, Hampton does not only sit behind a desk but he is one of the lead investigators and has been in many fire fights. He has training in firearms and is extremly intelligent and crafty and can predict the moves of others and intercept them. Number Uno Runner Target.
Sally Kingston, Lead Decker Investigator
DESCRIPTION: (Human Decker)
Not very different from normal deckers, she uses her deck to grab information on deckers, corporate inside stories, and much more. She is the main source of information. She, along with her team of 6 other deckers, are unstoppable with their incredible (and expensive, but paid with your tax nuyen) deck. She also maintains the Hunter Mainframe.
Marshal Shephard, Weapons Specialist
DESCRIPTION: (Human Merc)
Shepard has spent years in the UCAS military special ops department and joined the Shadow Hunters to stop the injustice caused by corporations. He is trained in ALL forms of weapons and combat and was also a tank driver during the Desert Wars (before he turned against the corps). He is the largest of anyone in the Hunters department, standing at over 2 meters.
Lewis Grant, Head Rigger and Mechanic
DESCRIPTION: (Dwarven Rigger)
Grant was narrowly accepted because of his race, but his skill in both operating and building vehicles is supreme. He can overhaul and vehicle to become an exploration vehicle into the Native American Nations or a street combat vehicle that can fight off a dozen City Masters. He is also very strong for his size, and the last person that made a short joke got a bloody nose, and broken back.
Elliot Kaysoto, Technician
DESCRIPTION: (Human Tech)
Whenever something needs to be done, Kaysoto can do it. He is a master at all sciences and can build anything. He is a somewhatdecker but his real skill is with creating. He also covers as a chemist, physist, medical doctor, and genetist.
Mac Carpenter, Street Informant
DESCRIPTION: (Human Informant)
Word on the street is what Mac knows before it hits the crowds. Knowing whats going on out in the field is one of the most important needs for the Shadow Hunters. A master of disguise, he is only recognizable from a retinal scan.

Note: All Shadow Hunters have attributes that are averaged at about 5, sometimes higher, sometimes lower. The skills that they are proficent in are usually 6 or above. After all, this is an elite group.

The entire department consist of 17 people. Mercs and other muscle are hired during a raid or any other operation. Most of the time, the Hunters put a call on the line for some runners, tell them to go someplace, and are then captured at the scene. Most runners are put in a secret high security prison or sentanced to death.

No runner has been able to touch them, and they need to be stopped if the shadows are going to be safe, for anyone.
