Cybersync is one of the latest decker cafes in Seattle. It is often located in vacant warehouses, it's location changing as the feds get wise. It's one giant room with music blasting, and is only open in the wee hours of the morning. At any time, there could be 20-40 deckers gathered there.
COSTS
Entrance fee: None
Deck time: 10 ¥ per hour
Rental Decks: About .01% (divide cost by 10000) of the cost of the deck per 4 hours. Use computer space: 30 ¥ per day (The computer holds over 100 Giga Pulses or 100,000 MP) Programming Equipment: Kits are 20 ¥ per day, shops are 150 ¥ per day Mainframe Time: (The Cybersync has a contract to use a local corporation's mainframe that has a security value of 2) 100 ¥ per day
The Cybersync is divided into 4 parts, the market, the bar, the game room, and the jack points.

The Market
Everywhere you see there are people selling hardware and software, most at lower prices and some which are at high way robbery prices. Of course, information is always for sale, sometimes higher then a whiz cyberdeck costs. If the runners are fortunate enough to find an empty booth, they can sell some of their stuff. All sales final. Avalibility Target Numbers are reduced by 1 and the time part is cut in half (round up).

The Bar
Every drink from a soy-weiser to some hydro, the bar has it all. Any well known deckers will get a discount.
The Game Room
The main social gathering point, pool tables and old 2d game machines litter the area. No refunds are given and hitting the machine doesn't help. Simsense games are the best in all of Seattle.
Jack Points
Rows and rows of deckers deck into systems from here. Although Cybersync has a contract with each Decker that states they are not resposible for incidents and members are not to conduct illegal activities, this doesn't stop people in the least. All jackpoints are considered illegal jackpoints (see rules in VR 2.0 page 29).
Benefits
So why go to Cybersync? Well, in case any illegal jackpoint is ever needed, then this is the place to make it from. Cybersync's physical location moves around town every other month, but it is a reliable source of knowledge. Also, any well knowns will be able to buy stuff or trade for different software, and since this is a decker hangout, the software is usually SOTA. Cybersync itself can be put down as a contact, and if so, the decker can get a %10 discount in nuyen by trading over through the patrons of Cybersync. If the decker is well known (up to GM's decision), a furthur %10 discount can be made. Another optional rule is to take a charisma test with target number equal to the SOTA factor divided by 10 (round down) to see if they can hack off another %10 in the amount of nuyen they have to pay for the SOTA.
